Real healing begins when we start living in alignment with what truly matters to us.
Together, we’ll explore the habits and thought patterns that may be holding you back, and replace them with empirically supported tools to help you move forward with more clarity, ease, and meaning.
I treat depression, anxiety, couples, families, neurodiversity, pain, and parenting challenges.
I create a therapeutic relationship that feels collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental—I am someone who can both hold space for pain and challenge you to grow. My foundation is in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my work with clients focuses on identifying what matters most and helping to develop psychological flexibility.
My goal is to support you through life’s challenging moments, help you learn from them, and guide you toward a life that feels more fulfilling and grounded in your values.
