I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 2011 and went on to further my studies at the PGSP–Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. Over the years, I have developed a deep commitment to helping people create meaningful change in their lives through both clinical training and real-world experience.

I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which provides the foundation for much of my work. I am also passionate about advocating for neurodiversity and supporting families as they navigate the challenges and strengths that come with it. In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Ohlone College, where I enjoy teaching and mentoring the next generation of therapists.

I live in the Bay Area with my family. For me, fulfillment comes from creating space for healing and contributing to a more compassionate world..
